Job Description Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: <ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deﬁne project scope, goals, and deliverables</li><li>Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, timelines, and resource plans. </li><li>Regularly assess and report on project status, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. </li></ul>Requirement Collection: <ul><li>Help prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and work closely with stakeholders</li><li>Ensure that BRDs accurately reﬂect project objectives and stakeholder expectations in the ﬁnancial technology domain. </li><li>Review and validate BRDs with key stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals. </li><li>Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to bridge any gaps in understanding. </li></ul>Stakeholder Coordination: <ul><li>Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations. </li><li>Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders in the payment industries. </li><li>Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders. </li></ul>Timeline Management: <ul><li>Develop and manage project timelines, identifying critical paths and dependencies, especially in the context of payment industry projects. </li><li>Implement agile practices to streamline project execution and adapt to changing priorities. </li><li>Mitigate risks and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines. </li><li>Develop and manage project timelines, identifying critical paths and dependencies, especially in the context of payment industry projects. </li><li>Implement agile practices to streamline project execution and adapt to changing priorities. </li><li>Mitigate risks and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines. </li></ul>Qualifications Qualiﬁcations: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or a related ﬁeld. </li><li>Proven experience as a project manager or delivery lead, with a track record of successfully delivering projects, preferably in the payment industries. </li><li>Experience in ﬁnancial technology or payment industries is highly preferable. </li><li>Certiﬁcation in project management (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a plus. </li></ul>Skills Set <ul><li>Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Proﬁcient in project management tools and software. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure. </li></ul>If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for project management, and the ability to excel under pressure, we encourage you to apply.
